- Three day venue rental:
- The day before your event - 2 to 8pm
- The day of your event - 10:30am to Midnight
- The day after your event- Clean up completed by 3pm
- 1 acre pond as a perfect setting for ceremony & photography
- Use of a 40 X 80 white frame tent with side walls
- Accommodates up to 200 guests
- 3,200 square foot reception space
- 200- white folding chairs
- 20- 72 inch round tables
- 10- 8 foot rectangular tables
- 6- 32 inch cocktail tables
- Access to the property for socializing and pictures
