We work hard so you don't have to. That's it, really! We absolutely strive to be the best in customer service. From the first time you call us to the very last table and chair we pick up, we want you to have a great experience with us.
Our Story
Poupard Tent Rental started its journey in 2007. We use the word journey because that's truly what it has been. We have changed and adapted many parts of the business over the past decade but the one thing we will never change is our outstanding customer service.
We pride ourselves in the fact that we set up every single table and chair for our customers. We clean and disinfect every table and chair before we leave. We believe this sets us apart from other companies.
At the end of each job we ask you if there is anything else we can do for you. As simple of a question as this sounds we think you would be surprised by some of the answers we receive. We have helped our customers move furniture, perform small landscaping tasks, and we have even picked up dog poop before. The point of sharing this with you is to let our customers know that if we can help make your party preparations easier, then we are happy to help.
The last thing we will do is shake our customers hand, look them in the eye, and say thanks for your business. We hope you know how much it means to us. We are looking forward to serving Monroe, MI for many more years to come!
